From the Book of Proverbs to the Recording Studio: Point of Grace’s Lady Wisdom

Join Shannon Bream as she welcomes Shelley Breen, Denise Jones, and Leigh Cappillino – the legendary ladies of Point of Grace, to discuss their brand-new project, Lady Wisdom. With 27 number one hits and decades of ministry behind them, the trio made a bold creative move: writing most of this album themselves, gathering with fellow songwriters in Nashville to mine the Book of Proverbs for truth that could speak to women today. They share the story behind the tender standout “Lunchbox Notes,” born from Denise and a co-writer both grieving their mothers and remembering the little scripture notes tucked into Denise’s childhood lunches. The ladies also open up about what it means to sing with conviction after walking through real valleys, why Proverbs 8 became the heartbeat of this project, and how collaborating with younger artists like Blessing Offor and Katy Nichole reminded them that the God’s wisdom never gets old.
