Women in the Word: Raechel Myers and Amanda Bible Williams on Authentic Bible Engagement

Join Shannon Bream as she welcomes Raechel Myers and Amanda Bible Williams, co-founders of She Reads Truth, to discuss their beautiful new book, The Bible Is For You: A Devotional Journey Through Every Book of the Bible. With thoughtful design and “Scripture forward” commitment, this duo tackles all 66 books—from Genesis’ narrative richness to challenging Leviticus. They emphasize starting with God’s Word as the “primary source” rather than human commentary in our expert-saturated world, creating doorways into deeper Scripture engagement through beautiful visuals and exposed binding that lays flat for study. Raechel and Amanda distinguish between head knowledge and heart relationship, helping readers discover “gospel connections” in everyday moments while providing both theological depth and accessible beauty—offering hope for anyone seeking authentic connection with God beyond the noise of competing voices.
